3. Review Process

• We’ll review your submission and verify the details within 3 business days.

 

4. Get Your Refund

• If everything checks out, we’ll refund the difference directly to your original payment method.

1. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to all BaliEasy eSIM plans, excluding data top-up purchases, made directly on balieasy.com.
2. The lower price must be for the exact same eSIM plan (same data allowance, validity period, and network coverage).
3. Price comparisons must be in the same currency (USD).
4. This guarantee does NOT apply to:
   – Discounted prices from coupons, promo codes, loyalty points, or bundle deals
   – Membership-based offers (e.g., corporate discounts, group deals)
   – Flash sales, limited-time offers, daily deals, or data top-up products
5. The lower price must be found within 48 hours after your purchase.
