Welcome to the BaliEasy website. By continuing to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer, which govern BaliEasy’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

BaliEasy reserves the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly before using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the website will be regarded as your acceptance of these terms.

1. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website is at your own risk. BaliEasy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from errors, omissions, reliance on third-party content, or the use of any information, goods, or services on this website. It is your responsibility to determine if the information or products meet your needs.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use this website and purchase any goods or services.

3. Delivery

After purchase, customers will receive:

• A QR code for eSIM activation.

• A confirmation email with installation instructions.

If you do not receive your eSIM, please contact us immediately via email (esim@balieasy.com) or WhatsApp (+62812 3938 2588) for assistance.

4. eSIM Activation Validity

Starting from March 1, 2025, customers must activate their eSIM within 3 months of purchase. If the eSIM is not activated within this period, the order will be considered void, and the customer will need to place a new order. No refunds or extensions will be provided for expired orders.

5. IMEI Validity

When an eSIM is registered to a device, the IMEI (device identification number) will be recorded in the network system and will remain active for 90 days from the date of initial activation.

If a customer purchases a new eSIM and registers it with a device that has already been used within the 90-day period, the IMEI activation period will not reset and will continue from the original activation date.

IMEI Validity Example

If a customer purchases an eSIM on December 1, 2024, the IMEI will remain active until February 28, 2025 (90 days).

If the same customer purchases a new eSIM number on February 25, 2025, using the same device (IMEI), the IMEI activation will still expire on February 28, 2025, without an extension.

The reactivation of an IMEI is subject to Telkomsel’s (network provider) policies and is beyond BaliEasy’s control.

6. Pricing

All prices listed on BaliEasy are in United States Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by their payment provider.

7. Refund / Cancellation Policy

At eSIM Bali Easy, refunds are accepted within 2 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The eSIM must be unused, unactivated, and not registered with the Provider.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds are not accepted if the eSIM has been used, activated, or beyond the 2-day window. The maximum refund amount is 50% of the purchase price. For detailed information, refer to our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

8. Compliance with Indonesian Regulations

To register and use an eSIM in Indonesia, especially with Telkomsel eSIM, customers must agree to:

• Provide a screenshot of their phone’s IMEI.
• Submit a valid passport photo.
• Submit your arrival date. Your eSIM QR code will be sent 1 day before arrival, and you MUST activate and use the internet within 2 days of arrival to avoid your number and IMEI being blocked. If blocked, you’ll need to visit a Telkomsel GRAPARI office in person to reactivate.

This is to confirm the phone is capable of using an Indonesian phone number (+62) and supports internet, calls, and SMS.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must submit a valid passport and IMEI for activation. Any fraudulent activity or misuse for illegal purposes will result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer

BaliEasy disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on this website.

BaliEasy is not responsible for any costs incurred from website usage, including servicing, repairs, or corrections. Users must understand and accept the risks associated with using this website and its services.

10. Copyright and Restrictions

All content on this website, including design, layout, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to BaliEasy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Exclusion of Unenforceable Terms

If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable under Indonesian law, it will be excluded, but the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.

12. Jurisdiction

This website and its terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
